I'm the founder and owner of Case by Case Training. I have almost a decade of experience as a professional trainer/coach. In that time, I've learned several important things that have shaped my approach to fitness and overall health.
Through years of refining and improving my coaching methods, I've been able to narrow down which things produce the best results in the shortest time while also improving overall health and safety rather than sacrificing it. We cut out all the fluff and confusion that exists in the health and fitness industry, and only focus on what's proven to get the best results.
At Case by Case Training, we are results driven, but we always aim to create programs that fit within your individual lifestyle and will be maintainable for you long-term. Our goal is not only for you to get results, but to also keep them! We are more concerned with progress over perfection and will be there to encourage you every step of your journey, both through the ups and downs.
