  • Spend all of 20 seconds entering your details into our recommended free calorie calculator and instantly receive your calorie need based on your goal

  • Generate a meal plan that can be used if desired

  • Use MyFitnessPal to track the foods you eat and make sure you hit your calorie goal

  • Eat foods you enjoy and still lose weight

Lift at Least 3x Per Week and Increase Weight and/or Reps Each Week

  • Start simple, easy and light. There's no magic workout program. Just start with what you can easily do

  • Use our free workout builder template to create your own workout plan or start our Beginner at Home Exercise Program for free.

  • Enter how much weight you use and how many reps you do on each exercise

  • Aim to increase the weight, reps or both on exercises each week

Optimize Your Life. More Effort on the Most Important Things. Less Effort Overall

  • Don't get distracted by which supplements to use or what time of day is the best to eat each meal etc.

  • Focus on the few things that account for the greatest results
