How does online personal training work?

We use a coaching app called Trainerize to deliver your program. You will download the app and create a client profile with step-by-step instructions. Through communication with you, we will create your custom plan. Every exercise in your program has a detailed video tutorial and specific instructions.

What if I don't live locally or travel often?

In-person training would not be an option for you in this instance, but one of the online coaching options would be perfect! We would also adapt your program to your travel schedule.

How long will it take to see results?

The time frame for desired results is dependent on several different factors, however, after communicating with you and setting up your program, we will help you set proper expectations and discuss estimated time frames.

Do you still get a customized program with the group coaching option?

Yes, you will still get a customized program, however, any future customizations or changes that you may want include an additional cost.

Where do you do in-person training?

I offer in-home training for locations within a 15-mile radius of my home office. I can provide bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and we can use any additional equipment you have available. I also have a home gym that I train clients out of. I am located in Auburn Hills, MI.

Can anyone do these programs? Which one would be best for me?

Yes, anyone can do the program as long as they are clear to exercise by their healthcare provider.

All programs are open to anyone and will be fully customized to you and your specific needs, restrictions and goals.
